Houses

Ashbury Heights' independent houses come in a variety of shapes and sizes, with two or three bedrooms and single or double garage options, each with private outdoor areas and generous space between neighbours.


Each house has walk-in wardrobes, a generous ensuite, tiled floor entranceway and kitchen, and French doors in the living and dining areas.

Serviced Houses

For an extra level of comfort in independent houses, Ashbury Heights offers The Butler service, which provides the following additional benefits:


  • A nutritious and convenient main meal delivered to your door 5 days per week (your choice of dinner or lunch).
  • Weekly cleaning services with a range of options to choose from.
  • A weekly laundry service, with the option to use our linen.

Serviced Apartments

(Future Development)


Ashbury Heights’ serviced apartments will be situated in the main building, which will be located in the heart of the village. This will be an architecturally designed building with character, charm and functionality. It will include a restaurant, cafe, hairdressing salon, indoor swimming pool, movie theatre, spa, gymnasium, bakery and bar along with a wellness centre.


There will be a range of different apartment sizes and configurations which will offer flexible service packages. Individual apartments may be secured under an Occupation Right Agreement (ORA).
